Qwizee Kids accounts belong to a parent or legal guardian. Deleting the account permanently erases the whole family’s data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
What gets deleted
- The parent account (email address and sign-in)
- Every child profile — name, age, grade and avatar
- All learning progress: quiz history, scores, coins, streaks, stars, achievements and certificates
- Friend codes, friend connections and pending friend requests
- Online chess matches and classroom memberships
⚠️ Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel a Qwizee Plus subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in the Apple App Store — otherwise billing will continue.
Method 1 — delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Qwizee Kids and tap the shield icon to open the Parent Dashboard
- Enter your parent PIN
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account
- Read the warning, type DELETE, and (for email accounts) enter your account password
- Tap Delete forever — everything is erased immediately and you are signed out
Method 2 — request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email support@qwizee.com with the subject “Qwizee Kids account deletion”, sent from the parent email address registered on the account, stating that you want the account deleted. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 48 hours, confirming by reply.
Data retention
On deletion, data is removed from our active systems immediately. Backup copies are purged within 30 days. We retain no personally identifiable information about you or your children after deletion.
Don’t want to delete everything?
From the Parent Dashboard you can also delete a single child profile, remove individual friends, or turn multiplayer off — without deleting the account. For any questions, or to request deletion of specific data only, contact support@qwizee.com. See also the Privacy Policy for Qwizee Kids.
